Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BoX41 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of BoX41.

BoX41 is a subscription tracking service that connects to your Gmail account to identify and monitor your recurring subscription charges. The Service provides insights into your spending on subscriptions, estimated renewal dates, and spending trends.

BoX41 is a tool to help you stay informed about your subscriptions. We do not manage, cancel, or modify subscriptions on your behalf.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use BoX41.

When you connect a Gmail account, you grant BoX41 limited, read-only access to scan for subscription and billing emails. You can revoke this access at any time from your Settings page or directly through your Google Account permissions.

BoX41's use of Gmail data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access email data necessary to provide the subscription tracking features of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

BoX41 offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid plan charges are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

BoX41 uses AI to extract subscription information from your emails. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all detected subscriptions, amounts, or renewal dates are correct. The Service is intended as a helpful reference — always verify critical financial information directly with your service providers.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BoX41 and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

BoX41 is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoX41 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
